Kendra discovered her passion for serving people and the community in the non-profit sector seven years ago, when she volunteered at a non-profit agency in the Mid-west.  She has since served in multiple capacities including: Client Services Director, Assistant Director, Family Services Coordinator and Executive Director.  Kendra joined CAN’s team in April 2008 and now enjoys her role serving as Director of Human Resources and Community Development.

“I became aware of CAN and the many ways the organization serves the community through a tour.  I knew at that moment I wanted to be a part of the work.  I began volunteering my time, assisting with the Newsletter and eventually accepted a position with the family services division.  One of the things I appreciate most about CAN, is the spirit of teamwork and collaboration for the betterment of our community.  It is an honor to be a part of such an amazing team!”
